Damage Incidental

4.2. Upon check-in, we recommend that you inspect the property and report any existing damage or issues to the property owner or our customer support team. Failure to report pre-existing damage may result in responsibility for it.
4.3. In the event of accidental damage during your stay:
- 4.3.1. Reporting: Report the damage to the property owner as soon as possible.
- 4.3.2. Responsibility: You are responsible for any damage caused by your actions or the actions of your guests during your stay.
- 4.3.3. Assessment: The property owner will assess the extent of the damage and associated costs.
- 4.3.4. Charges: Charges for accidental damage will be deducted from your security deposit, if applicable. If the damage exceeds the security deposit, you may be liable for additional costs.
4.4. Security Deposits:
